The inspiration for Lamp 14 came from mid-century Danish designs. Natural materials are used to balance harder lines – Shedua Wood, concrete, burlap and jute. This modern take has a larger presence within a space, and can stand alone as an accent piece. The weight of the custom molded concrete base allows the lamp to lean in, and creates distance from the base to the lit area. A rechargeable light bulb frees the lamp for placement, and eliminates the unappealing look of a trailing power cord. Currently for sale.
